About Us
M/s. Deep & Deep Industries is a well known manufacturing unit having its office and factory unit in 20,000 sq. feet land at 691-A/1A1, Swami Vivekanand Rd., Pune - 411037. The setting up of the unit dates back to 07/04/74 when it was started as a partnership firm. M/s. Deep & Deep Industries excels in the field of manufacturing Architectural Fountains, Nozzles and Accessories, Under Water Lighting fixtures, Industrial Spray Nozzles and accessories. It is also a service provider of Installation of complete fountain system. There is a vast untapped potential market for the Nozzles which find application in Indian Industry and Agriculture as well.
Deep & Deep is a partnership firm, headed by Mr. Sundeep Naik (Mechanical Engineer) who has established the business in 1974 and Mr. Ruturaj Naik joined as a full time working partner after completing his Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from London (U.K.). We have a strong experienced team consisting of Mechanical / Electrical Engineers, Electrical technicians, a team of experiences plumbers, machinists, foundry technicians and moulders, site supervisors supported by staff members. We have modern manufacturing setup along with our own foundry and R & D and test facility for all nozzles and products we manufacture. We are the first to design and introduce special purpose Water sculpture nozzles in India and maintain 12 different patents and design patents for the various products designed. We have completed numerous projects for various corporations and private customers. Besides, we have completed three overseas projects in the Middle East and have supplied nozzles and accessories to M/s Larsen & Turbo overseas group (ECCL) for their projects in Russia and completed Turn Key project for Tata Projects in Tashkent.
We are responsible to introduce various fountain accessories like Anti Vortex Unit, bottom drain, side wall overflow drain and 12 V 300 W submersible lighting fixtures (IP 68 Certified) to name a few again for the first time in the country. Recently we have also introduced Neon jet nozzles, Laminar flow nozzles, Rain Curtains specially for 5 star hotel lobbies and shopping malls. These nozzles are high-tech and are designed for the first time in the country as well.
Deep & Deep Industries today is one of the leading designers, consultants and manufacturers using the latest sophisticated technological method to create the architects vision into reality. Our concern is power saving, minimum maintenance, cost efficiency and performance oriented systems. Deep and Deep Industries as part of its expansion plan diversified into high pressure fogging systems providing customized solutions for dust suppression, humidification, disinfection and cooling. Our customers are mines, textile industries, civic amenity sites, livestock farmers, industrial yards and external public environments.
Deep and Deep Industries are sole distributors for M/s IDROTECH s.r.l - Italy, one of the leading manufacturers pf pressure equipment in the world since the last 20 years. Idrotech is a part of Idrobase a conglomerate of 5 companies each of them specializing in a niche of the pressure water market and together they form the most innovative solutions now present on the global market. We have also being appointed as distributors for Crystal Fountains - Canada in the year 2009.
